Florists in the United States range from neighborhood flower shops with a walk-in cooler to studio designers who work only by appointment for weddings and events. Most retail florists build arrangements to order, deliver the same day when you call before early afternoon, and belong to a wire network (FTD, Teleflora or BloomNet) that passes out-of-town orders to a local shop. Ordering from the shop directly rather than through a national website usually means more flowers for the money, because no order-gatherer takes a cut. Flower markets and wholesalers sell loose stems and bunches, often early in the morning, and many now open to the public. Flower farms grow seasonal blooms such as dahlias, peonies and sunflowers and sell by the bucket, by subscription or as pick-your-own.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 amβ6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (615) 385-2402. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, nashvillebloom.com.

Nashville is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Nashville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

So much more than flowers! I love going to Bloom to pick up those last minute gifts I never knew I needed! Great atmosphere and the shop girls are the best! Best kept secret in 12th South!

Several of the lilies in the arrangement never bloomed. We reached out to the store, and they said they wanted to make sure we were satisfied. After sending photos, we felt whoever we were speaking with was very defensive and offered no apology. We were told that the top one or two on a stem usually remain as buds and do not bloom. I inquired trying to understand why those parts of the lily would be included in an arrangement if they are known not to bloom. Our preference, of course, is to see bloomed flowers, not buds. They recommend trimming the parts of the lilies that we were not fond of to achieve our "desired look." No other solution was offered since we were past their guarantee date (five days). Our one star review is mainly for the customer service. We experienced extremely poor customer service after our original inquiry and after the posting of our original review (the worst I personally have ever experienced at any business) and felt astonished that we were spoken to in such a rude way. We do not recommend. Additionally, we felt the delivery driver did not wait long at the door and only texted when the flowers were left outside. A phone call would have been appreciated

Bloom flowers provided us with our centerpieces for our luncheon at the music city center and they were exactly what we needed. They have great communication and hospitality! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful bouquet.

I donβt leave reviews but I wanted to leave one because I have purchased flowers online many times and they never come out as advertised. Bloom Flowers did an incredible job with this bouquet. I live in California and I wanted to send flowers to a loved one in Nashville at the hospital. I placed my order the night before and they got delivered the next day, safe and sound. Thank you so much, the recipient loved their flowers.

So a last minute need of a birthday arrangement, I called and had the great pleasure to speak with the incredibly kind and joyful voice of Kendall. She was creative with the wide selection of unique and beautiful flowers that surpassed any expectation. She was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel valued (very calming to my last minute need). Kendall, youβre truly a ray of sunshine! Thank you, Kendall, for understanding my vision and creating a personalized arrangement. The order process was smooth, and delivery was prompt. Kendall went above and beyond to make the experience special. My daughter, the recipient, was surprised and also blown away how stunning the arrangement was and how long they lasted. Youβve earned a customer for life! Well done! Kelley McNey
